Order Processing

All orders are made-to-order and require processing time before shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons, product launches, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States / Europe: approximately 10 days
Worldwide: approximately 10–14 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on local courier services, customs clearance, or seasonal shipping delays.

Final delivery is almost always completed by the local courier in your country.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include full tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. You can also track your order directly through our website.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $90.

For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on our website are tax included.

You will not be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or delivery fees when receiving your order. Your package will be delivered directly to your door.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once it has entered production or shipping.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the courier may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package is eventually returned to our warehouse, we will gladly assist in reshipping the package to the correct address.

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Because all products are made-to-order, once production has started we are unable to cancel or modify the order, as the production process has already begun.
