Refund policy
30-Day Purchase Protection
Our products are made to order: each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or an incorrect size or option selected at checkout.
What is covered
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or, for a lost package, within 30 days of the expected delivery date) and we will replace or refund your item if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item arrives damaged
- We sent the wrong item or the wrong size
- The print or personalization does not match your order
- The package is lost in transit
To make a claim, email hello@animejersey.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and reply with the solution. If we ask you to send the item back, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without our approval will not be accepted.
Personalized and altered items
Jerseys ordered with a custom name and number, or with a shortened length, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the cases listed above. Please double-check your name, number and size before ordering.
Changing your order
If you notice a mistake in your size, name or number, contact us right away. If production has not started yet, we will gladly update your order.
European Union and United Kingdom
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as jerseys with a custom name and number or a shortened length.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@animejersey.com.
